Installing cURL on Windows

I need to somehow install cURL (I'm using Ubercart on Drupal and I need it for PayPal). I'm running on a local machine that has xampp on Windows XP.
I tried downloading cURL from http://curl.haxx.se/, but I have no idea how to install it. Does anybody know?

If you are testing multiple websites or domains in your local machine, installing, configuring, and handling separate instances and codebases can quickly become unwieldly. If you're a Joomla! user, you will have to do a full Joomla! install for every single website or domain you want to test on your local server. Drupal, however, offers an alternative.
