Does anyone know how to get rid of the "Created by" author and date fields in custom content types? I'm using CCK and created a "recipe" content type, but the author and date always pops out and I want to hide it somehow. I looked all over the CCK field and type configuration but couldn't find an obvious button to turn it off. I also tried just leaving the author and date field blank when I actually create the content but that just defaults to author: anonymous and system time. Is hiding/turning those fields off possible for custom content?
