Drupal on Bluehost giving me grief!

I have a drupal site running with BlueHost.

A few days ago, I noticed that if I try to go to the admin panel and do admin by module, I get an error that says:

Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 22784 bytes) in...

Any idea what's going on? I can't administer by module now. Not sure what happened between me getting these errors and before, maybe a new user registered or something?

Also, as it turns out, when I was testing on localhost (my own computer at home), I didn't have any problems, but then I added a couple of more modules (image field and image cache to be more precise) and suddenly I started seing this problem on localhost as well. Is it because before working on localhost I imported the database from bluehost? Or is it because I added new modules and they got too big??

Any idea how to fix this?
